Be AT Flow



Enjoying Life by being able to move freely as much as possible for as long as possible is what I personally aspire to! And I want to take that aspiration and inspire others through my AT Flow Fitness Classes which aim to be fun and varied so that getting in shape isn't a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness as I associate fitness more with the freedom to move and feel healthy and strong. Looking good is just a by-product. So, while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.

I am a level 3 REPS Certified Personal Trainer and additionally I am an Animal Flow Certified Instructor as the type of training really resonates with me. Haven't heard of animal flow? Well then allow me to show you!

In order to Be At Flow, it is crucial to develop not only strength but also Mobility, flexibility and an improved cardiovascular system.

I currently teach classes (mentioned below) to corporate clients such as at the Headquarters of Lucozade Ribena Suntory in addition to also delivering Personal Training Sessions to individual clients from all walks of life. I am also looking into delivering online coaching sessions and possibly a new class in central london/ west london area if there is interest.

My classes / sessions are designed to help you become a better mover by becoming more agile through developing your strength, balance, coordination, mobility and flexibility by utilizing various bodyweight/ calisthenics movements as well as incorporating Animal flow movements which is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement. And when you combine everything, you get a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.



Be a Beast with the unique program I deliver which will not only help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. But will also help develop strength along with Mobility and flexibility whose benefits will undoubtedly help you in addition to any sport/training you practice or even just with general wellbeing.



De-stress, Let it out and have a great workout as I take inspiration from various martial arts training and pad work to get you fighting fit!



Often we associate exercise with strengthening the physical body but I also believe that exercise especially those that require to react or follow patterns can also help improve the mind body coordination. In other words, get smarter while getting fit! And this is incorporated in my Movement and Fitness Classes.
